Terms And Conditions:

1. Amounts paid towards booking of Rang Bhawan are non-refundable.
2. The security deposit is refundable.
3. Bookings will be made on a first-come, first-served basis (first payment, first booking).
4. Arrangements related to stage / decoration / hospitality etc. shall be made by the booking organization.
5. Carrying food and beverages inside the auditorium is not permitted.
6. The organization shall provide, one day in advance, the list of visitors / guests / vehicles / event organizers etc. to the Security Officer / Caretaker, All India Radio, Delhi.
7. Arrangements for audio and stage lighting will be made by All India Radio, Delhi.
8. Matters related to booking, PR/billing will be handled by the General Section, All India Radio, Delhi during working days and office hours.
9. After booking, the organization / booking party / coordinator shall coordinate with the Caretaker, All India Radio, Delhi.
10. Rang Bhawan can be booked only from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Viewing hours on working days are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
11. Rang Bhawan will be handed over only on the booked date and time.
12. If the institution / organization / tenant requires Rang Bhawan one day prior to the booked date and time for decoration, rehearsal, or dry run, that day will be treated as an additional booking day and will be charged separately.
13. The organization must provide the payment details (Transaction ID) for the booking fee.
14. Cooking within the All India Radio / Rang Bhawan premises is strictly prohibited.
15. Use of areas outside the designated Rang Bhawan premises/campus is strictly prohibited.
16. After the allotted booking time/event, it is mandatory to vacate Rang Bhawan and the All India Radio premises immediately.
